About street vendors

There are many street vendors in Korea. And they became an issue. So I have searched many of the issues about street vendors. Frist, they do not pay taxes. This is illegal. And Some of them are selling unhygienic food. For example, some of them are selling pigeons instead of chickens. Because, pigeons are cheaper then chickens. So they can get much money. It is big problem in Korea. So We had a discussion on this issue. What is the solution?


We found some solutions.The government should give them an area. The area should be divided fairly. In those areas the street vendors can sell their product freely. And They will have to pay taxes. And anyone except the government couldn't take their money.

So in the future!! They are not illegal. They have their area. And they are protected by the government. So Nobody can interfere their business. It will also help South Korea's welfare.

about the minimum wage.

We learned about the minimum wage in our class. After the class, I've search the minimum wage from the internet. Minimum wage in Korea is about 4,320 won. And Many workers are received less than that. Is wages appropriate to meet the needs of life?

Many people argue that the wage is not enough. Because they want to have many things and they don’t want to work for a long time. In other words, workers want to enjoy the life and they want to buy what they want. But the minimum wage makes workers unhappy. If they received the minimum wage, they will be work for a long time and they can’t buy many things what they want.

Over time, prices will rise. So many people will not be able to get what they want. Their lives will be hard. Our government will need to consider about the minimum wage.

About hybrid car

Many people are really into the car. And especially many people are interested eco-friendly cars. And Nowadays, the environment is more spoil then before. So many scientists concerned about the environment and invented many eco-friendly things. One of them is the hybrid car. and Now, most people think that the hybrid car is the best way for the environment. So in our class, we discussed about the hybrid car of advantages and dis advantages.

 

First, hybrid cars use a combination of fuel and electricity. So hybrid cars use the fuel less than ordinary cars. So if many people ride the hybrid car, our environment will be better then before. But hybrid car have many problem. For example, hybrid cars are expensive. Because they needs special charge batteries. And they have low power of engine. So If rider wants to climb high mountain, he will be failed.

 

Despite these problems, many people are developing the hybrid car for our environment. If these problems of hybrid cars are removed, Hybrid car will be the biggest power for the environment. So, many scientists have to develop hybrid car more and more.

After presentation about tear down houses in Guryong village

we learned about the problem of tear down houses in our class. And we debated about this topic and then we found some solutions. In this class, presenter argued that the tear down houses have a big problem and introduced Guryong village in Gangnam.

There are many people who live in shacks at Guryong village. And there are many tower palace near Guryong village. Most people in Guryong village moved in this area when their houses were redeveloped by the government.

 

Long time ago, the shanty town grew and landowners request their right of their land. It is a big problem. Because most people who lived in Guryong village have no right about Guryong village. So If the government oust their houses, people who lived in Guryong village will get damages. They have no money so they can’t buy their house. And they will lost peace of mind. Any way, now it is a big social problem.

 

For this reason, we discussed about this problem and found solutions. First, the government have to protect the right of villagers. and have to give rental apartments for villagers. Finally, all of the citizen have to concern about that problem.
